Our son worked as a waiter for private parties held at the Country Club in his college town. Maybe also check with a catering company to see if they need extra help for holiday parties. There may also be someone in your area that would like to have a sitter for their child during the holidays. We had a young man that sat with our 6-8 year old sons during holidays. At that age they are really too old to want to go to daycare..but too young to be home. It was great for us..they played basketball and video games al day.

With a regular part time job, a student is still eligible for receiving financial aid. A part time job does not offer a large income, so at the end, he will still be considered a low income individual and will be eligible for financial aid.

yes,you can claim her as a dependent only if she made less than 3500.00 dollars and then she can file her own return,but must mark that she can be claimed as a dependent on someone else's return.

It's easy to sell Christmas trees and they are on every corner. Or find a retail shop you like and be part of their seasonal staff. Toys stores are ALWAYS hiring the month before christmas. Romantic gifts are popular and you could work in one of those adult shops or victoria's secret. Anything at the mall, really, will be hiring.

Look for one of those empty places in the strip malls to be putting up a banner that says Christmas Sale. They need help.

You won't need experience to stock and do inventory.
