1. Find internship jobs that will compliment your major. They usually pay well, and are a great asset to a resume.

2. Summer Camp jjobs. I always wanted to do that, and had the opportunity to teach martial arts at a sports camp in Maine, but I backed out because I didn't want to go alone.

The best bet is to find something that fits with your goals.

For example, if you want to become a doctor, get a job at a clinic or hospital. Teacher ===> summer camp. Chemist ===> pharmacy.
