You will want to complete a FAFSA form, if you haven't already. This will allow you to get government substadized loans at a much lower rate than you could probably get directly from a bank. You do not need to have good credit to qualify.

Once you have that completed any of the authorized banks would be a good choice. You may want to shop around as some give interest rate discounts for their customers or if you direct deposit your payment.
