Call up Sallie-Mae (or the place ur applying for the loan),
ask them (unless you know) why your co-signer is being rejected, I would think 700 is pretty good. Keep in mind that because of the current economy, loans are a little harder to get right now.

Also, I don't know if this will help, but in my situation (all my cosigners were denied), I'm going to use my sister in law, who is from the UK, since shes from the UK, the process is based on a Notarized Financial statement, as opposed to regular "Credit" so this might work better.)

If there is no way you can make corrections on the website than when they do check it all they will just send something back saying there was some mistakes and ask you to correct them and probably send some information with proof of your divorce etc... People make mistakes all the time it may delay your application but it will still go through after its all corrected.

You could lie on your application but would a fraud conviction look good to future employers.

Student loans information is passed to the tax office so they can start taking payments from you when you graduate so it will show up quickly if you try this.

Just phone them and tell them. Lots of people end up doing different courses or attending different universities.

I just finished this crazy process. Basically, they just want you to put down a few reliable sources who can confirm that you're responsible and you'd be a good canididate for recieving their loan. Put someone down like a family member who knows you really well and likes you a lot, put down an old teacher or neighbor, former employer, or family friend who you know will thikk very highly of you. I used my Grandfather and Aunt.
