wow, not too many options there. I used to work at SallieMae so if you've maxed out financial aid then I would say private loans. But you don't have good credit and no cosigners soooo..... I guess your best bet here would be apply for a megaload of scholarships!! Scholarships are given out for anything these days, writing a good essay, for just being a minority race, disabilities, even being left handed!!

As long as somebody has legally given you the authority, yes you can have power of attorney over somebody Else's money regardless of your credit history, credit score, or debt owed.
