MFJ together. Declare worldwide income, she signs. if she wasn't in US during 2010, she needs to sign a form staying she elects to be taxed as a resident alien for tax purposes (see irs pub 519).

MFS with her exemption. You get benefit of exemption, but not tax rates nor mjf standard deduction. Just enter her SSN. This is allowed if her US income is $50 or less.

MSF without her exemption. Enter her SSN if you have it.
