What is the proper ETIQUETTE when someone is going to kill themselves?! first of all, if they do jump in front of a train, it will destroy their family's happiness and their own life WHEN YOU could have done something to stop it from happening. if the person does not want to live, then don't let him do it now, but rather when you are not around to witness his suicide, because that would probably be quite grotesque just to watch it happen..

Don't wait until some child in the neighborhood is badly injured -- or worse.

Your neighbor's dogs are a tragedy just waiting to happen. Stop it before it happens.

I actually don't understand from such things, but nobody answered til now, so here I'll say what I think ^^'.
Is this gonna be read from adults or kids? Don't take it personal, but for me it is boring. I like more colorful things...such that can snatch my attention right away...and I prefer that those pics of people are bigger...like the text can go over them, but at least I can see those people better (I am longsighted, it was just a way of saying).
As said, this is just a insignificant opinion ^^'
