Ideas for celebrating a 10th Anniversary?We Answered:
Throw a party...yes, i know that sounds very cliche but it's what will happen at the party/celebration that will make it one to be noted.Picture this: grown people from every field OF BUSINESS PLAYING GAMES...games to demonstratee trust(i.e physical dependance & team building), games to challenge the mind(think mini-who's smarter now/family feud), games to inform more about GDCC (Q & As) etc. you get the idea don't you...?afterall, a decade needs to be celebrated with a splash!something fresh...generate more ideas around keeping it exciting!
this would be a daytime event ofcourse...
then in the evening, there could be a cocktail at a venue of your choice with all your esteemed guests and clients to attend. Here, GDCC can take the opportyunity to give a vote of thanks to all who deserve it. The staff may receive awards as per their achievements, there can even be a special honorary trophy for Gina Din on account of this fantastic achievement(think grammys) it's here that GDCC could tell everyone what they have accomplished and even more what they intend to accomplish in the next 10yrs to come!
well...that's all for now but should you need more help brainstorming, feel free to contact me on angelic4g@yahoo.com, I'll be more than glad to help.
As for the logo, great idea...i could come up with a few designs and present them to you so you can choose your best(i'm pretty good at it), that would happen soley on request.
There could also be GDCC banners for the events, bumper stickers, tshirts, trinkets like keychains etc....fun stuff.
Corporate meets fun kind of stuff!
The big clients should get special 10th anniversary gifts, with logo & all, maybe mugs or maybe even framed certificates of appreciation with sincerest regards from GDCC...that kind of thing.
ALL THE BEST...
& CONGRATULATIONS GDCC!!! :-)

How To Design A Team Building & Training Workshop For Corporate Clients, Consultancy? We Answered:
Executive leadership seminars are a two-point agenda: (a) to bring in management participants, and (b) to convert those participants into paying clients (or effective mployees). The first part is a sales and marketing function; it's the second where the HR comes in to take up the cudgels for his/her company. The best way to design and develop a workshop or seminar is to start with modules that have already been developed. If you're looking to conduct a seminar / workshop on say Corporate Culture and Ethics, the worst you can do is start from scratch. Never do that. You'll just waste precious time. What you should do is to look out for someone within your company or elsewhere who has already developed a similar module and then, customize it to your requirements.
By customize, I don't been copy or steal from it. I mean, look for ideas and inspiration from a work that's already there on paper. Look at how that person visualized his workshop and conceptualized the ideas related to it. What were the specific things he implemented, and in what order? What were his unique experiences, priorities and constraints? What were the problems, roadblocks and overlooked factors that he later realized and rectified. Also, did he have a last-minute change of mind, change of design, change of team even -- and what was the time frame within which he got the workshop designed, developed and ready for corporate consumption?
There's nothing like third-party experience to gain a first hand knowledge of workshop design. Presentation skills workshops, business writing workshops, sales presentation training, coaching workshops and corporate team building activities all become successful (and effective) only through idea brainstorms and smart customization.

What is the best route for starting a career in IT?We Answered:
If your not interested in talking college or university courses then i would suggest that you try an get certified for something. Most jobs require to be certified. Microsoft offers a wide range of certificates. Basically you study and take a test or two. Of course it cost money. Check out Microsofts courses http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/…Cisco also offers certification tests.
Also you could start your own business. That's what i did.

Which business program of study should I take, I appreciate any help!?We Answered:
If this is for an undergrad degree in the US I would narrow the list to Accounting, Finance or HR Management. Then from there, you would have to choose what's best for you.Business Research - how much work is there really in this field?
Management - should really be a graduate degree - chances are you will not land a management job right out of undergrad.
Marketing - should be a part of your business program, but no the whole major. Most marketing majors I know end up in sales or something completely unrelated - there's just not enough "marketing" positions for the number of people who want them.
Accounting - there is always work for accountants, most make good money.
Finance - a lot of money and a lot of positions.
HR management - every company needs HR - always work and decent pay.
